Muse is distinguished by its finesse, delicate bubbles, and subtle aromatic bouquet. Composed primarily of noble grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Sémillon, and Muscadelle, this Crémant reveals floral and fruity notes, combined with a fresh minerality and a touch of brioche on the finish.

Ideal for sharing moments, Muse is a perfect choice for a festive aperitif, a celebration, or to accompany seafood, grilled fish, or even light desserts.

Terroir:
Located on clay-sand soils, benefiting from a temperate climate, ideal for the production of sparkling wines.

Winemaking method:

Traditional method : after a first fermentation in vat, a second fermentation takes place in bottle to obtain the fine effervescence.

Fermentation: at low temperature to preserve the delicate aromas.

Aging: On lees for 12 months, allowing for a harmonious development of bubbles and a refined aromatic profile.

Dosage: Brut (low sugar content, less than 12 g/l).
